As a Content Lead at Foodmandu, you will be the mastermind behind our digital content, ensuring the best demonstration of designs and copy across all our platforms. You will play a pivotal role in aligning content strategies with our marketing goals, collaborating with various teams, and overseeing content creation to drive brand engagement and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Craft a Content Feast:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with Foodmandus marketing and business goals.
  • Strategize and implement a content calendar to ensure the timely and consistent delivery of high-quality content across all digital channels.
  • Ensure all content maintains a cohesive brand identity and resonates with our diverse audience.

2. Collaborate with the Culinary Team:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to produce engaging content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, the website, and other digital platforms.
  • Partner with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce multimedia content thats as eye-catching as it is engaging.
  • Oversee the design process to ensure alignment with content strategy.
  • Manage the design team, leading the prioritization of design projects, and maintaining the essence of design elements that represent our strategy with amazing, engaging content.
  • Create and maintain a cohesive content calendar to ensure the timely and consistent delivery of high-quality content across all digital channels.

3. Perfect the Presentation:

  • Create, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, coherence, and alignment with the Foodmandu brand voice and guidelines.
  • Send best-in-class newsletters and create engaging branding campaigns.

4. Measure the Taste Test:

  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content strategies.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

5. Take Ownership:

  • Drive the performance and growth of Foodmandu's content strategy across all platforms.
  • Foster healthy in-house competition to elevate content quality and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media, copywriting and digital marketing best practices.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
