Job Title: Accommodation Supervisor (Dubai)

Our client, a leading University in Dubai, is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Arabic female to supervise the Boarding School Accommodations of the female students.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all students living in the hostel, university accommodation. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where residents feel comfortable and respected, all while addressing concerns and maintaining a positive and drama-free environment.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring a clean, safe, and secure environment
    • Welcome and register guests, answer questions, and provide information about the hostel and surrounding area
    • Address guest concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
    • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering a harmonious and inclusive atmosphere for all residents. Our client prioritizes a drama-free environment, and a strong ability to de-escalate situations and mediate conflicts peacefully is essential.
    • Ensure adherence to hostel policies and procedures
    • Conduct regular room checks and maintain accurate records
    • Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance staff
    • Contribute to a positive and vibrant hostel community

    Qualifications and Experience:

      • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospitality or customer service role (experience in a hostel environment is a plus!)
      • Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a MUST.
      • A positive, friendly, and drama-free personality with a genuine passion for creating a welcoming environment.
      • The ability to handle and resolve conflicts calmly and professionally.
      • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
      • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
      • Proficiency in basic computer skills.
