Role Overview:

This role offers a unique opportunity for self-motivated individuals to build their own client portfolio while contributing to Talent Bridge's growth. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and promoting our recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact the companies and potential clients which we have already identified.
  • Set-up and attend meetings with these potential clients and close the deal.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients requiring permanent placement and professional recruitment consulting services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Effectively communicate Talent Bridges value proposition, emphasizing our competitive fee structure which is only 8% for permanent placements compared to the industry standard of 16% of the annual salary.
  • Close deals and generate revenue through successful client acquisition.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Generate proposals, quotations, follow up for closure, track if candidates have been hired by client, follow up on invoice.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Understanding of the recruitment industry (preferred).
  • Valid UAE visa (either employed and this will be your 2nd job, or you must have your own visa).

This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in their ability to build a client base and generate revenue. We understand that this part-time opportunity may not be suitable for everyone.

Yes, we will transform this opportunity into a full-time job, the moment you have delivered results. Reach a small target of AED 50,000/- and you can join us full-time.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position.

We pride ourselves on our unique business model, offering a generous commission structure to our Business Development Consultants. 

Unlike the industry standard of a mere 5% commission, 

Talent Bridge offers an unheard of 20% commission on the revenue generated from successful placements
