Position Overview:

The Support Services Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of support services within our Charitable Foundation. This position involves overseeing various aspects related to maintenance, security, green spaces, and mosque facilities. The manager will collaborate with supervisors and other team members to enhance service quality and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

  1. Needs Assessment and Coordination:

    • Supervise the identification of support service needs based on organizational requirements.
    • Collaborate with relevant supervisors to ensure the development and sustainability of support services.
  2. Financial Management:

    • Manage financial resources related to support services.
    • Ensure prudent allocation of funds to maintain service quality.
  3. Program Development:

    • Develop a comprehensive annual program for support services, aligning with the functional purpose.
    • Coordinate with relevant supervisors to implement program initiatives effectively.
  4. Expense Approval and Procurement:

    • Review and approve requests related to expenses and purchase orders for support services.
    • Optimize resource utilization while maintaining service standards.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Planning:

    • Organize regular meetings with team supervisors (every 14 days) to review performance reports.
    • Update plans and strategies based on performance insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Facilities Management, Business Administration).
  • Proven experience in support services management or related roles.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices and resource optimization.
