- Screen resumes and conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring qualified candidates within defined timelines and budgets.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
