Position: Real Estate Manager
As a Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management, rental, and development of properties within the Dubai real estate market. Your primary focus will be on the rental market, and you'll work closely with facilities management (FM) teams to ensure efficient property operations. With your expertise, you'll create and execute market strategies to optimize rental income and enhance the value of the portfolio.
#### Responsibilities:
1. **Property Management:**
- Manage a portfolio of 68 buildings with a total of 6,500 rental units.
- Oversee day-to-day property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations.
- Monitor real estate income and expenditure, ensuring timely rent collection.
- Authorize maintenance, repair, equipment, and supply expenditures.
2. **Market Strategy:**
- Analyze market trends and rental demand in Dubai.
- Develop and implement effective market strategies to maximize rental income.
- Identify potential investment opportunities within the rental market.
3. **Experience and Qualifications:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai's real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of facilities management (FM) practices.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or a related field.
4. **Compensation:**
- Salary range: AED 20,000 to AED 25,000 (monthly).
- Additional benefits and commissions may apply based on performance.
