Role Overview
Our confidential client is seeking a CEO to lead an established and growing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) business. The CEO will be accountable for strategy, P&L, operational delivery, commercial performance, and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute business strategy, annual plan, and growth roadmap.
- Full ownership of P&L, cost discipline, and margin improvement.
- Lead multi-site operations with strong SLA governance and mobilization capability.
- Establish performance management: KPIs, dashboards, operating rhythms, reviews.
- Drive commercial outcomes: bidding strategy, pricing, negotiations, renewals.
- Ensure HSE, quality, and risk controls are embedded across operations.
- Build leadership bench, succession plans, and a high-performance culture.
- Maintain senior stakeholder relationships and represent the business externally
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (Engineering/Business or related); MBA is a plus.
- 15+ years relevant experience in O&M/FM/infrastructure services.
- Proven executive leadership with P&L accountability and complex contract portfolios.
- Strong commercial acumen and governance mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership.
Preferred / Nice-to-have
- Experience with large-scale public/private sector service contracts.
- Exposure to ISO-based systems (Quality/HSE) and audit readiness.
- Bilingual capability (Arabic/English).
