Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Part-time Telesales Representative to generate qualified leads and book meetings for our Sales Account Manager. Your core mission is to identify potential client companies, engage decision-makers, and convert interest into scheduled, high-quality sales meetings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound calling, building rapport quickly, and working with clear targets and metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential client companies (HR, business, and leadership decision-makers) to introduce Talent at services.
- Qualify prospects based on agreed criteria (needs, budget, decision-making process, and timelines).
- Book and confirm meetings in coordination with the Sales Account Manager, ensuring all details are accurate.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and/or messaging platforms to nurture interest and reduce no-shows.
- Log all interactions, lead details, and outcomes in a CRM or structured spreadsheet, keeping data clean and up to date.
- Track daily and weekly activity (calls, connections, meetings booked) and work towards agreed KPIs.
- Share feedback from calls to help refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategy.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or call-center roles (B2B experience is a strong advantage).
- Confident phone presence with clear, professional communication skills.
- Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and performance-based incentives.
- Basic computer skills, including using CRM tools or spreadsheets to document and track leads.
- Good spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to quickly understand and explain professional services (such as recruitment, HR, or consulting solutions).
- Strong discipline, reliability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ideal Profile
- Naturally proactive, persistent, and not afraid of rejection on sales calls.
- Structured and organized, able to manage follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Curious and coachable, open to scripts, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Enjoys working in a professional, service-oriented environment focused on long-term client relationships.
- Takes pride in booking high-quality, well-qualified meetings, not just hitting call volumes.
Working Hours (Part-time and remotely role)
- Approximately 5 hours per day, 4 days per week.
- Around 20 hours per week in total.
