Role Overview
Our confidential client is seeking an Operations Director to lead operational performance, drive efficiency, and enable scalable growth. You will translate strategy into execution through disciplined KPIs, SOPs, and strong people leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations and performance management.
- Establish KPI framework, dashboards, and operational review cadence.
- Improve cycle times, service levels, and quality outcomes.
- Drive SOP design, process governance, and risk controls.
- Lead vendor governance, contracts coordination, and service delivery tracking.
- Partner with finance on budgeting inputs and cost optimization initiatives.
- Build capacity plans and productivity improvements across teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (Engineering/Business or similar).
- 10+ years relevant experience with senior operations leadership exposure.
- Strong operational analytics, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Demonstrated capability managing teams and driving change.
Preferred / Nice-to-have
- Lean/Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement training.
- Experience in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments.
- Arabic language capability.

- Reduced operational waste/cost with maintained or improved quality.
- SOP compliance and audit readiness across functions.
