Position Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional recruiter to join our growing consultancy, which specializes in the national security sector. This role is designed for a versatile professional who can thrive in a dynamic environment and assume a diverse array of responsibilities that extend beyond traditional recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:

Tactical Recruiting

- Master and execute a specialized recruitment methodology to source, attract, and nurture exceptional talent in the national security domain.

- Strategically identify and creatively engage with prospective candidates across various platforms, networks, and communities.

- Build and maintain rapport with talent, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.

Programmatic Management

- Manage specific short-fused and long-term hiring requirements for clients.

- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of recruitment initiatives and drive continuous improvement, crafting results for delivery to clients.

- Lead process improvement efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition operations.

Business Development and Client Engagement

  • Forge strong relationships with government agencies and private sector partners in the national security community.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal efforts for talent acquisition and human capital management contracts.

As Tal-Strat scales, Strategic Human Capital Consulting

  • Develop and implement comprehensive human capital strategies aligned with organizational goals and national security priorities.
  • Conduct in-depth workforce analyses to identify current and future talent needs, skills gaps, and emerging trends in the national security landscape.
  • Create and execute long-term talent acquisition plans that address evolving mission requirements and workforce challenges.

Team Leadership and Expansion

  • Pending additional company growth, mentor and develop junior recruiters, fostering a high-performance team culture.
  • Drive innovation in recruitment practices and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
