Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Desktop Support Specialist to join our Seattle, WA based client. 


This is a full-time, direct hire position.

 

 

JOB SUMMARY:

  • As part of the 24/7 data center, provide support in all aspects of operating, monitoring and managing our IT systems and equipment
  • Review incoming requests / tickets specific to hardware, software and network issues and resolve via phone, email, chat or Instant message and provide a timely resolution
  • Provide status updates to end-users
  • Escalate issues when required to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support other team members as needed

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of desktop support experience supporting end-users with hardware, software and network issues
  • Understanding of networking technologies and common software applications
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
