Full Stack Developer (CDS)

Responsibilities

• Manage software packages provided to the organizations customers.
• Maintain and ensure the continuous operation of the organization's software packages.

• Update software packages in case of stakeholder-driven changes.

• Gather requirements to estimate the time and resources needed for system development.

• Design/review the architecture of the system.

• Design/review the database structure.

• Design/review the UX/UI of the system.

• Monitor the system development progress with the team and stakeholders.

• Prepare/review the system design specifications documentation.

• Manage Scrum activities in accordance with the Scrum Guide for each sprint, including assigning roles and responsibilities to the team.

• Define and implement the development pipeline for product development.

• Communicate and report progress to the management team.

• Prepare relevant documentation and processes related to ISO27001 standards.
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in software development and team management.

• Leadership and project management skills, including the use of project management tools such as Agile and Azure DevOps tools.

• Communication skills with system stakeholders.

• Software development skills using tools and languages such as NodeJS, 

  NestJS, NextJS, MongoDB, SQLDB and OOP

• Understanding of information security principles.
