Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in IT enterprise solution sales and expertise in customized AI solutions and agentic AI. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, mapping customer journeys, and driving AI adoption within BFSI organizations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in selling IT solutions, confidence in building new business relationships, and the ability to consult with clients to tailor AI solutions to their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition in the BFSI sector, promoting customized AI solutions, agentic AI technologies, data platforms, and cloud-based enterprise IT solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers.
- Understand and analyze customer journeys to map AI-driven workflows that enhance business efficiency and customer experience.
- Work closely with solution architects and technical teams to develop and deliver tailored AI solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Stay up to date with AI advancements, BFSI industry trends, and emerging enterprise technologies to provide consultative insights.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, with a focus on enterprise IT solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in selling IT solutions to BFSI clients, with a strong understanding of banking, financial services, and insurance workflows.
- Experience in selling customized AI solutions and agentic AI is highly valued.
- Proven ability to map customer workflows and translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
- Strong track record of bringing in new customers and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored AI solutions for BFSI clients.
