Position Overview:
The Account Executive Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and client expansion within the Payment Gateway sector. This role centers around achieving revenue goals, overseeing a sales team, and delivering customized payment solutions to clients. The key responsibilities include conducting market analysis, leading a team, and cultivating robust client relationships in a competitive and dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development
    Establish sales targets and devise strategies for Payment Gateway products and services to drive revenue growth and broaden the customer base.
    Analyze market trends and competitors to develop effective sales plans.
  • Team Management
    Build, recruit, and mentor a high-performing sales team that can provide expert payment solution consultations to clients.
    Oversee team performance and offer guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    Provide consultations and suggest solutions tailored to client needs.
    Foster strong relationships with existing clients while actively developing connections with prospective clients.
  • Sales Process Management
    Monitor and report on sales performance, oversee business proposals, and manage contracts.
    Collaborate with business development, marketing, and technical teams to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Market and Business Expansion
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in emerging industries such as e-commerce, fintech, and SMEs.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in Relationship Management or a relevant role within the banking sector in Thailand.
  • A solid understanding of digital payment systems, including online payment gateways.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and client accounts, with effective prioritization.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Google G-Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • An innovative mindset, with an emphasis on leveraging AI to improve client interactions, streamline processes, and deliver enhanced solutions.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required.
