Our client, a pioneer in real-time logistics solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer (Rust) with expertise in low-level programming. This role is critical for building efficient and high-performance backend systems that handle real-time data processing and resource optimization. The position offers a hybrid work model, requiring onsite attendance one day per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance backend systems using Rust with a focus on low-level programming for optimizing CPU and RAM usage.
- Build and maintain scalable, reliable solutions for real-time logistics systems using microservices, daemon-based architectures, and websocket-TCP protocols.
- Implement and optimize architectural frameworks like Actor Model and Clean Architecture to ensure maintainable and efficient codebases.
- Work with Message Queues, Kafka, and internal proprietary tools to facilitate real-time data flow and processing.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring efficient utilization of hardware resources in a Linux environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative real-time logistics solutions that meet industry demands.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience with Rust, with involvement in at least 2-3 Rust-based projects.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in low-level programming, including CPU and RAM optimization.
- Familiarity with Message Queues, Kafka, and similar technologies.
- Expertise in Actor Model, Clean Architecture, and related architectural patterns.
- Proficiency in Linux systems and performance tuning.
- Experience with microservices, daemon-based systems, and websocket-TCP protocols.
- Proven track record in real-time solutions, especially in logistics, IoT, or real-time data processing.
Compensation & Benefits
- Mid-Level: 60,000 - 80,000 THB/month
- Senior-Level: 80,000 - 120,000 THB/month
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1 day/week onsite)
