Job Overview:

Our client is seeking an Assistant HR Manager (HRBP) who will play a key role in managing and improving HR functions to support the company's strategic goals. This role requires hands-on experience in employee relations, recruitment, and HR process optimization, along with a strong ability to guide and advise employees on HR policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, monitor, and proactively enhance HR processes, implementing necessary improvements to ensure effective HR practices that align with company objectives and support overall business growth.
  • Supervise employee relations activities, addressing complaints and resolving conflicts to foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, conducting interviews and utilizing effective assessment tools to identify top candidates within designated timelines.
  • Design HR management KPIs and oversee workforce planning to optimize HR capacity.
  • Analyze and track employee retention and turnover rates, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, guiding company policies, employment regulations, and other HR best practices.
  • Assist in various HR functions as needed, collaborating with senior leadership on HR issues and providing strategic input.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR management functions.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and manage tasks within set deadlines.
