QA Engineer

Overview:
We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to work independently and lead the implementation of best practices in automated testing. This role will also involve leveraging Azure DevOps Test Plan to enhance our testing processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including creating detailed test plans and test cases using Azure DevOps Test Plan.
• Conduct system testing, both manual and automated, to validate functionality, performance, and security.
• Analyze and document defects identified during testing, providing clear and actionable reports.
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues, improve system quality, and enhance test coverage.
• Share and implement best practices for automated testing within the team.
• Develop and maintain test cases and processes in compliance with ISO27001 standards.
• Continuously optimize and improve testing processes and tools to align with industry best practices.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software or system testing.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Test Plan for managing and executing test cases.
• Expertise in testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Postman, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in creating and managing automated testing frameworks and scripts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of information security principles and testing standards.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in leading or mentoring QA teams.
• Advanced knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques.
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments and DevOps workflows.
