Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CFO to manage financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, budget variance analysis, and key financial metrics.
• Monitor and control financial performance to ensure alignment with company targets.
• Identify financial risks, opportunities, and their impact on the business.
• Conduct financial modeling and investment analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in pre-IPO financial preparation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial insights to senior management and support external stakeholders as needed.
• Perform other financial tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Prior experience in investment banking or financial analysis is a plus.
