Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Account Manager to lead new market expansion into the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in hunting for new business opportunities, opening new accounts, and driving AI adoption in BFSI organizations. This role is critical in establishing our client's presence in the financial sector, identifying key prospects, and positioning AI solutions to address industry challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to acquire new BFSI clients and establish a foothold in the industry.
  • Identify and engage potential customers, including banks, insurance companies, and financial service providers.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders in BFSI organizations.
  • Present and promote AI-driven solutionsincluding predictive analytics, big data analytics, generative AI, and AI-powered automationtailored to BFSI business needs.
  • Lead consultative sales discussions, mapping customer challenges to AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to customize AI solutions for BFSI clients and develop compelling proposals.
  • Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial engagement to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Stay informed on AI trends and BFSI industry developments to provide strategic insights and positioning.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, with a strong focus on IT or AI solutions.
  • Proven experience in new market developmentability to acquire new customers and open new industry segments.
  • 3+ years of experience in selling AI-driven, data analytics, or IT solutionspreferably in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of the BFSI industry landscape, including key challenges, regulatory considerations, and technology trends.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and closing complex B2B deals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored AI solutions for BFSI clients.
