Technical Lead (SkillLane)

Key Responsibility

• Lead a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in React and Node.js projects.
• Drive the development and implementation of front-end and back-end solutions using React and Node.js.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, perform code reviews, and maintain best practices in software development.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the platform's objectives and standards.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
• Foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement, staying updated with the latest trends in React and Node.js development.

Must-have Qualification

• A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Proven solid experience in
• Leading software development teams for at least 2 years.
• Strong full-stack development skills, with a focus on React and Node.js, and familiarity with database technologies.

Nice-to-have Qualification

• Prior experience in developing software for e-learning or educational technology platforms.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and experience in CI/CD pipelines, which enhances the development lifecycle.
