Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate and qualify new business leads to expand the customer base.
- Work closely with technical teams and solution specialists to effectively present tailored QA outsourcing solutions.
- Coordinate client meetings and confidently deliver persuasive sales pitches and demonstrations alongside technical experts.
- Collaborate internally to strategize and execute targeted campaigns for customer acquisition.
- Develop and implement structured sales processes and assist in refining operational workflows.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally related to IT services or software solutions.
- Proven ability to identify customer challenges and clearly articulate business value propositions.
- Excellent questioning and consultative selling skills to effectively uncover and address client pain points.
- Strong presentation and communication abilities, capable of engaging senior-level executives.
- Adaptable, quick learner, and team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Existing professional network within IT or QA industries is advantageous.
- Senior-level experience or potential to lead a small sales team (2-5 people) in the future preferred.
