Our client, an innovative transport tech startup, is looking for a dynamic Business Development/Partnership Executive to drive growth and build strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify and acquire new clients.
  • Present and demonstrate solutions to prospective clients, addressing their specific needs.
  • Identify and attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
  • Travel to client sites in various locations as required.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success.
  • Provide sales development programs and set up CRM processes when the company starts to scale.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies and CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel and meet clients in various locations as required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Experience in setting up sales development programs and scaling CRM processes is a plus.
