Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze the international education market to identify partnership opportunities with schools and universities.
- Build and nurture relationships with international schools and universities to introduce and expand the adoption of ViaBus products.
- Deliver compelling product presentations to showcase the value and benefits of ViaBus in managing transportation for students and staff.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with partners to establish long-term and sustainable collaborations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions and marketing strategies for specific regions or institutions.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing insights for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to refine the partnership strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in partner development, business development, or sales, preferably in the education or technology sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across cultures.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
