Key Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze the international education market to identify partnership opportunities with schools and universities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with international schools and universities to introduce and expand the adoption of ViaBus products.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations to showcase the value and benefits of ViaBus in managing transportation for students and staff.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with partners to establish long-term and sustainable collaborations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions and marketing strategies for specific regions or institutions.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing insights for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to refine the partnership strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in partner development, business development, or sales, preferably in the education or technology sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across cultures.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
