Position: Project Manager (Generative AI Solutions)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver projects with a primary focus on government customers. This role will involve managing diverse projects, including those centered on Generative AI solutions, cybersecurity, data analytics, automation, and AI. The successful candidate will combine strong project management skills with technical expertise to deliver impactful solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and budget.
• Generative AI Focus: Drive initiatives leveraging Generative AI solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and customer requirements.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Manage projects adhering to cybersecurity standards and compliance requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure effective implementation of data analytics, automation, and AI components.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, addressing their needs and expectations.
• Risk & Quality Management: Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Financial Oversight: Track project financials, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget.
• Agile Practices: Employ Agile methodologies and adapt them to suit project demands.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project performance and implement improvements for future projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in IT, with a focus on Generative AI or similar solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, cybersecurity, and automation technologies.
• Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum are advantageous.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
