About the Company:
Our client is a leading company in the beauty and cosmetic product industry, with ambitious plans to file for IPO in Q2 2026. The company is committed to leveraging technology to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.

Position Overview:
The IT Director will serve as a strategic IT business partner, driving technology initiatives that support the companys growth and IPO readiness. This role is responsible for leading IT operations, implementing and optimizing CRM and CDP systems, ensuring IT governance, and transforming data into actionable insights. The IT Director will work closely with the e-commerce team and oversee two teams: Data Intelligence and IT Operations, comprising 6-8 members.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. CRM and CDP Implementation & Optimization:

    • Drive the deployment and optimization of CRM and CDP systems to enhance customer engagement and business intelligence.
    • Align IT solutions with business goals to maximize ROI from technology investments.
  2. IT Governance & IPO Preparation:

    • Develop and implement IT governance frameworks to meet IPO readiness standards.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices for IT systems and processes.
  3. Data Insights & Intelligence:

    • Lead efforts to turn raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
    • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms.
  4. IT Operations Management:

    • Oversee IT operations, ensuring systems and infrastructure run smoothly and securely.
    • Manage and mentor the Data Intelligence and IT Operations teams to achieve departmental goals.
  5. Collaboration with E-commerce Team:

    • Partner closely with the e-commerce team to deliver seamless digital experiences.
    • Support digital transformation initiatives to boost online sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within FMCG or related industries.
  • Proven experience in CRM and CDP implementation and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, regulatory compliance, and IPO preparation.
  • Expertise in data analytics and turning data into actionable business insights.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
