Our US Partner Client is a Lead and Demand Generation digital marketing agency headquartered in New Jersey.
Were looking for a high-performing, execution-focused professional to join our clients team as a Client Growth Coordinator. This is not a passive support roleits a high-impact position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, tackles chaos with structure, and turns ambiguity into action.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work From Home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research & Lead Generation
- Execute comprehensive research campaigns on target firms and decision-makers no stone unturned, no opportunity missed.
- Build and weaponize detailed prospect databases loaded with actionable intelligence.
- Uncover authentic connection points and engineer warm introduction pathways that open doors.
- Transform raw prospect data into strategic outreach sequences that convert.
Sales Support
- Own sales pipeline administration reporting, updates, and follow-ups without needing reminders.
- Track and organize leads from events and ensure they're followed up promptly.
- Dominate the prospecting game. Hunt down high-value targets and turn cold contacts into warm opportunities.
- Research target accounts and initiate targeted outreach with precision.
Sales + Marketing Alignment
- Qualify inbound leads and warm up cold ones.
- Partner with leadership to nurture key relationships.
- Track and analyze lead sources, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics
Client Success
- Build and maintain detailed client relationship maps showing key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers.
- Map client networks to systematically identify and request strategic referrals from satisfied customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 35 years of experience in a similar client growth, sales support, or CRM-focused role
- Proficient in HubSpot or comparable CRM/marketing platforms
- Strong background in market research and lead generation
- Own and manage the sales pipeline: updates, reporting, and follow-ups with minimal supervision
- Qualify inbound leads and strategically engage cold leads to generate interest
- Create and maintain comprehensive client relationship maps, identifying key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong commitment to follow-through and accountability
