Data Analyst

Our US partner is a leader in new and recycled auto parts, as well as Automotive and Metal Recycling. The Auto Parts business unit provides certified new and recycled auto parts to body shops, car dealers, auto parts dealers, and walk-in retail customers.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our vehicle acquisition process. This role is responsible for evaluating vehicles using our software tools to determine accurate target acquisition prices and ensure proper part identification for pricing accuracy.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift, and on an On-site (Cebu-based) setup.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize various software tools to evaluate vehicles and establish target acquisition prices.

• Identify and verify correct part numbers for vehicle components to ensure accurate pricing.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in data analysis and entry.

• Meet daily productivity targets, starting with 45 vehicles per day after two weeks of training.

• Consistently improve output by 10 vehicles per week, reaching 140150 vehicles per day within three months.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With a Background in back-office operations, data entry, or technical support in the BPO

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and keen attention to detail

• Quick learner, adaptable to proprietary software tools

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting

• Proficient in basic computer use (email, web browsing, applications)
