Their focus is on helping businesses enhance their brand identity through custom-designed products.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ERP Acumatica Administrator to manage and optimize our Acumatica ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, specifically Acumatica, and will be responsible for ensuring the system runs efficiently, managing user access, and supporting various business processes.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a WFH set-up.

Position Responsibilities:
- Utilize Business Systems to uphold and enhance organizational performance.
- Communicate with stakeholders to fully understand scope of requests.
- Attend assigned business units meetings to help navigate system requirements and opportunities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the business units needs with a technology-based mindset.
- Manage and maintain technology integrations to support the business unit while communicating impacts cross-departmentally.
- Assist with management of Vendors and assigned deliverables.
- Validate enhancements through requirements gathering and initial testing.
- Research technology solutions to enhance overall business unit use of core business systems.
- First line contact for internal users when issues within business systems are impacting job efficiency on a day-to-day basis.
- Keep up to date with the latest technological best practices.
- Assist with the continuity plans for all business systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be skilled within all modules of Acumatica
- Extensive knowledge as it relates to quote to cash process (including warehouse and inventory)
- Must have knowledge of ERP, CRM, eCommerce, Analytics, and website software experience
- Must be able to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Must be able to manage multiple projects/efforts at one time
- Must be able to start a task with minimal guidance and overcome challenges as encountered
- Degree in a technology-related field
- 5+ years of related business systems experience
- Experience in Acumatica ERP required
- HubSpot or similar CRM experience is preferred
