Our Partner Client is a Managed Service Provider. They provide solutions to businesses complex IT problems. They partner with customers in designing, managing, and troubleshooting all aspects of their IT framework - from IT governance and policy-making to cloud services and networking to computer software and hardware, to end-user support. Additionally, they are certified cyber security experts, leveraging deep knowledge and experience to protect our customers from becoming the next victim of a cyber security attack.

The RPA Developer helps drive growth for our customers, via the automation as a service approach to business process optimization. You will join a small but excellent team of Developers to attain desired automation business outcomes. As the RPA Developer, you will perform technical requirements analysis and develop automation solutions using a suite of automation solutions within the Electroneek platform.


This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work From Home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain scalable, resilient, secure, and efficient Automation Anywhere solutions to meet established SLAs and desired business outcomes.

  • Synthesizes Business requirements and translates those into technical stories for execution

  • Owns the collective responsibility of developing, testing and releasing the product

  • Automates web interfaces, desktop application interfaces, PDF, database, excel and web services

  • Provides application support for maximum quality and productivity levels of the product

  • Supports control room set-up and ongoing maintenance activities; including, but not limited to the following:

    • Access management in accordance with RPA program and policies o Manage the privileges of users

    • Ensure that the operation of the infrastructure is in according with established RPA procedures and practices

    • Responsible for administrating, maintaining, enhancing and implementing RPA system changes

    • Provision Bot user accounts in different directories o Grant Bot user account required access to systems and o applications

    • Support re-accreditation of Bot user account as needed

    • Ensure Bot authentication and provisioning solution architecture remains aligned to organizational enterprise policy

    • Monitor applications and services within the environments, participate in on-call rotation, take actions to resolve issues and implement strategies to prevent future occurrences

    • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Service Incidents


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in RPA.

  • 3-5 years experience in 24x7 production operations, preferably supporting a highly available environment for a SaaS vendor or other cloud service provider

  • Hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere

  • Automation Anywhere Certified RPA Professional is preferred

  • Knowledge of RPA BOT deployment cycle and Agile development methodologies

  • Should be analytical and able to improvise configuration and code to adopt to new situations

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, MS 365, Azure, Google Workspace, other cloud services a plus

  • knowledge of systems, including

    • Software development methodologies, like agile and waterfall, SDLC

    • Data formats/languages such as Python, SQL, JSON, etc..

    • Cloud systems and SAAS platforms

    • Internetworking

    • Security best practices
