Were seeking a highly experienced Senior UX Designer to lead the design of a critical new product. This role requires full ownership of design, including research, strategy, and hands-on execution. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive impactful user experiences from concept to delivery.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift, and on a Hybrid set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take full ownership of design for the product/team, making strategic and operational decisions independently

  • Lead user research: plan studies, recruit participants, facilitate discussions, and present actionable findings

  • Conduct heuristic evaluations, develop wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes addressing user needs

  • Write effective UI copy and contribute to the design system

  • Identify usability issues and prioritize improvements in collaboration with product managers

  • Communicate design rationales and advocate for user-centered solutions aligned with business objectives

  • Lead workshops and collaborate with diverse teams to create inclusive, impactful user experiences

  • Deliver projects on time, articulating their strategic and operational impact to stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of UX design experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or lead role

  • Proven ability to strategically and operationally lead design for complex products

  • Strong hands-on design skills across low- to high-fidelity outputs

  • Extensive experience in UX research leadership and independent design decision-making

  • Portfolio demonstrating complex, end-to-end projects across mobile and desktop platforms

  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Expertise in Figma and familiarity with MUI (Material UI) components is preferred

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience in sales channel integration, fulfillment, warehouse management, or inventory management systems

  • Experience mentoring or leading junior designers
