We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support our growing brand merchandise and fulfillment operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of logistics, shipping, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving and efficiency are key.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on an Work-from-Home set-up.

Responsibilities:
- Shipping & Freight Management: Oversee all shipping logistics, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, and seamless coordination with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Shipment Creation & Label Management: Generate and manage shipping labels, return labels, and all necessary documentation to facilitate smooth shipping operations.
- Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Provide accurate shipping estimates and cost analyses, working with vendors and carriers to optimize shipping expenses while maintaining service quality.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documentation, including invoices, customs forms, and compliance paperwork for international shipments.
- Customs & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all shipments comply with international trade regulations, tariff codes, and customs clearance requirements.
- Tracking & Reporting: Monitor real-time shipment progress, proactively addressing delays or issues, and providing status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Risk Management & Problem Resolution: Identify potential risks in the supply chain, develop contingency plans, and resolve shipping-related challenges before they impact project timelines.
- Vendor & Carrier Coordination: Maintain relationships with logistics service providers, negotiate rates, and advise on optimal transport methods based on budget, transit time, and client needs.
- Inventory & Systems Maintenance: Maintain accurate product commodity codes, update client stores (Shopify, Brightstores, etc.), and audit WMS data for accuracy.
- Expectation Management: Communicate realistic timelines, potential shipping delays, and estimated costs to internal teams and clients, ensuring clear and transparent logistics execution.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in international shipping logistics, international customs, and freight operations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial tracking, cost reconciliation, and budget management.
- Proficiency in logistics and inventory management systems, including EasyPost, UPS, Zendesk, Packiyo (WMS), Shopify, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
