Our US Partner is an accounting firm based in US.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team and support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic bookkeeping tasks, proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero, and skills in reconciliation. Experience with tax preparation is a significant plus.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work in the office set-up.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding financial reporting.
- Support tax preparation efforts, including gathering necessary documentation and collaborating with tax professionals.
- Respond to inquiries from management and clients regarding financial information.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) for data entry and reporting.
Qualifications:
- At least 4-5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and Desktop) and Xero; experience with both is strongly preferred
- Experience with tax preparation is a significant plus.
- Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping principles and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Bachelors Degree in accounting or a related field is a plus, but not required.
