Our US Partner Client is a rapidly growing technology solutions provider focusing upon Cloud, Cyber Security, Networking, Disaster Recovery and Managed Services.

As a Systems Administrator, you will be involve from working on network connectivity issues, server room build outs, Exchange migrations, merger and acquisitions project team participation, handling of VIP and Severity 1 technical support issues

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work in the office set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and manage escalated service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed
  • Oversee diverse computing environments for various business clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, networks, and servers.
  •  

    Set up user accounts and workstations, ensuring security through access controls, backups, and firewalls

  • Analyze and document unfamiliar client/server setups to identify quick solutions
  • Perform workstation/server incidents and resolve high-level issues
  • Provide consulting on applications, best practices, and general IT processes
  •  

    Operate and monitor network security protocols, including firewalls and internet connections

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Systems or Network Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of system security, including intrusion detection and data backup/recovery
  • Expertise in desktop and server support, network configurations, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Server and Workstation technologies
  • Experience with databases, LAN/WAN networks, and patch management
  • Ability to follow processes and escalate unclear variables to management
  • Familiar with multiple operating systems and platforms
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and task coordination skills
