Our US partner is a leader in new and recycled auto parts, as well as Automotive and Metal Recycling. The Auto Parts business unit provides certified new and recycled auto parts to body shops, car dealers, auto parts dealers, and walk-in retail customers.
The Warranty Claims Specialist manages and processes warranty claims, ensuring timely submission, accurate documentation, and compliance with vendor procedures. The role involves initiating claims, tracking defects, following up on payments, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on an Onsite (Cebu-based) set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and process warranty claims in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies.
- Initiate warranty claims by gathering the necessary information to submit to the remanufacturer and ensure clear communication with stores and shops regarding the steps involved in the claims process.
- Directly handle complex claims and follow up with remanufacturers for claim updates.
- Ensure thorough review and understanding of vendor warranty procedures to ensure accurate application and compliance.
- Process all warranty paperwork and documentation, ensuring proper record-keeping.
- Verify that all criteria required by vendors and remanufacturers are met for claim approval.
- Track defects and ensure timely processing of labor payments, while following up on outstanding claims to guarantee payment.
- Foster clear, professional, and timely communication with both internal and external customers to address service issues and maintain strong relationships.
- Assist with clerical tasks as directed by the Sales Manager and Warranty Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Support in a BPO industry or any related fields
- Preferably with experience in warranty claims administration or related fields.
- Ideally with a technical or mechanical background and knowledge
- Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience working with US companies is a plus.
- Experience handling automotive claims such as insurance or warranties is a plus.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills plus, highly process oriented
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and efficiently with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
