Our US partner aims to create and provide the highest quality electric mobility products leading the way to a more sustainable future. They are a US based E-scooter business whose vision is to create a greener environment and change the way consumers move around.

The Customer Service Representative will work as part of the business in addressing and assisting to customers needs. His/her transactions are related but not limited to client inquiries, product support, inbound sales and billing and collections support.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work From Home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and assess customer needs and seek resolution.
  • Take inbound calls and facilitate customer concerns via chat and email
  • Assist customers with the basic setup of the purchased product/s
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure abrupt resolutions
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Analyze customer concerns and needs to improve customer relationships
  • Ensure customers receive excellent and consistent service by providing the same types of assistance and handling issues in a similar manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3 years experience in Customer Support for an eScooter Account
  • Experience with Zendesk is an advantage
  • Keen attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Service-oriented and driven to provide the highest level of customer service
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Can work effectively and efficiently while being independent
  • Strong work ethic with a focus on team success
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Flexible about shift schedules
