Through our unrivaled network of more than 2,000 connected 3PLs and a suite of integrated, cloud-native warehouse, order, and inventory management platforms we allow modern merchants and brands to fulfill demand anywhere with superior flexibility and scale without painful platform migrations.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer with over 5 years of experience in UX design to contribute to our product strategy and enhance user interactions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in executing complex design tasks, conducting user research, creating design deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and in a Work from Home setup.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide strategic input and break down complex tasks for efficient execution.
Lead user research, recruit participants, facilitate discussions and present findings.
Develop heuristic evaluations, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to address user needs.
Write effective UI copy and contribute to our design system.
Identify usability issues and prioritize improvements with product managers.
Communicate design rationales in relation to customer feedback and business objectives.
Collaborate with diverse teams and lead workshops to create an inclusive user experience.
Deliver projects on time, articulating their impact to stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years in UX design, with 1-2 years at a senior level.
Proven experience with low-fi to hi-fi design processes.
Ability to foster an inclusive environment and collaborate across disciplines.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Commitment to continuous learning and growth.
Excellent interpersonal skills and expertise in Figma.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
Interest or experience in sales channel integration, fulfillment, warehouse management, and/or inventory management systems.
Familiarity with MUI components
