About the job Account Manager
Our Partner Client specializes in warehousing, fulfillment, direct mail, and kitting/project assembly. They are growing and are in search of dedicated account managers to join the team!
As an Account Manager, you are responsible for being the primary point of contact for a variety of e-commerce and fulfillment accounts. You will be managing projects, and orders, and maintaining a strong working relationship with those accounts.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work From Home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the point of contact for assigned multiple accounts by answering customer inquiries via phone and email.
Quickly responding to customer emails and phone calls regarding order status, placing any orders, or questions.
Communicate with customers/clients about job and project details.
Manage client accounts to ensure high level of customer satisfaction while strengthening relationships
Plan, organize, prioritize, problem solve, and execute in equal measure to meet goals and customer project requests.
Perform and provide unique project quotes.
Work collaboratively with all internal and external partnerships and resources to meet and exceed customer needs.
Effectively and professionally handle concerns/issues/problems that may arise.
Openly communicate problems, potential problems, and status reports to clients through verbal communications, phone calls, and email.
Order and project prep work including preparing project instruction and labels for our warehouse team to use with fulfillment projects and orders.
Efficiently communicate with production, warehouse, fulfillment, and office staff.
Manage/monitor stock status for clients by communicating inventory levels and organizing cycle counts with warehouse staff.
Learn and monitor the company's WMS (warehouse management system).
Develop knowledge about Mail Everything Incs ISO 9001.2015 standards and SOPs.
Willingness to gain familiarity with logistics operations.
Maintain and order supplies for clients and production.
Accurately submit project and invoicing data on a weekly, monthly, and project basis to accounting in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required.
At least one year of experience in a leadership/management role required.
Ability and willingness to work in a small business environment
Energetic, self-starter attitude.
Self-directed and hardworking with critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of warehouse procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated planning and organization skills.
