The Sales Assistant will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads. This individual will utilize various strategies and tools to generate interest in our products/services and convert that interest into viable sales opportunities.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and a Work From Home set-up.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads focusing on industries such as cruise lines, construction, hospitality, retail and other sectors requiring marketing and promotional services
- Diligently follow up with prospects and leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales pipeline
- Execute effective email marketing campaigns to reach potential clients. This includes writing, designing, and sending emails to prospects
- Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers (e.g., heads of marketing, heads of events, heads of PR) and build and maintain an organized list of prospect clients)
- Analyze the gathered data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform sales strategies and prepare detailed reports that present research findings in a clear and concise manner
- Suggest strategies for targeting potential clients, improving sales processes, and optimizing marketing efforts
- Assist with securing meetings with prospective clients to discuss their needs and present our solutions
- Work closely with the team to align prospecting strategies and ensure cohesive efforts towards business growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience in email marketing and lead generation
- Strong research skills with the ability to organize and analyze data effectively
- Ability to collaborate and work closely with team members
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
- Familiarity with marketing, events, public relations, and creative services
Proficiency in using spreadsheets for tracking and managing leads
