We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Finance Broker Associate to manage and support our network of real estate brokers in setting up and maintaining their accounts in the Coupa system. This role requires someone who can act as a liaison between brokers, internal teams, and accounts payable (AP), ensuring smooth and efficient processing of invoices and purchase orders.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work from home (WFH) set-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Setup and Management: Assist real estate brokers in setting up and managing their accounts in the Coupa system, ensuring all required documentation, including 1099 forms, is accurately submitted.
  • Invoice and Purchase Order Processing: Oversee the creation and management of invoices and purchase orders in Coupa, ensuring timely and accurate processing for broker payments.
  • Broker Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to brokers on how to use the Coupa system, including invoice creation, account setup, and payment tracking.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the main point of contact for brokers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and updating them on the status of their invoices and payments.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a middleman between brokers and the Accounts Payable (AP) department, facilitating communication and ensuring that all financial transactions are processed smoothly.
  • Process Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including finance and partner relations, to ensure that brokers' payments are approved and processed efficiently.
  • Task Management: Handle administrative tasks such as uploading invoices, setting up accounts, and monitoring payment workflows to ensure all processes run smoothly.
  • CRM Integration: Potentially manage broker payout processes from Salesforce CRM to Coupa once payments are approved by Finance.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Comfort and proficiency with math and numbers, particularly in the context of invoicing and payment processing.
  • Experience with Coupa or similar procurement and invoicing systems.
  • Must have an experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in real estate or commercial real estate is advantageous
