About the Role 

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to join our growing team, focused on producing high-end residential design projects. This is a production-focused role ideal for someone with strong technical capabilities and a creative mindset. The role also offers a clear pathway to team leadership for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities 

Translate the Principal Landscape Architects concepts into fully rendered plans and 3D visuals 

Develop comprehensive drawing packages from concept through construction, including hardscape and planting plans 

Produce high-quality 3D models and renderings using tools such as Lumion, D5, or Rhino 

Specify appropriate softscape, hardscape, and lighting materials for residential design projects 

Provide graphic and technical support across various project types including residential, warehouse, and commercial business parks 

Collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment, performing roles such as production support, designer, and team lead when necessary

Maintain quality and accuracy of design documentation and ensure deadlines are met Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written format

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field 

Minimum [Insert Years] of experience in a professional landscape architecture or design role 

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools such as Lumion, D5 Render, or Rhino 

Strong graphic design background using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 

Experience in preparing drawing sets for high-end residential landscapes, including construction documents 

Licensed Landscape Architect (Preferred) 

Membership in professional associations such as PALA or IFLA APR is a plus
