Survey Technician II

Were looking for a Geodetic Engineer. This is a full-time role, with a night-shift schedule (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM), and a Work-in-Office (WIO) position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use the client's drawing templates to maintain a cohesive appearance
• Draft: Topographic, SDOT, ALTA, Land Use, and Exhibit drawings as assigned
• Manage time to ensure project deadlines are achieved
• Draft survey data and/or review drawings produced by colleagues
• Existing surface creation in CAD to depict an accurate representation of field conditions
• Process and edit line work, figures, and surface models
• Interpret record documents and accurately represent them in a CAD environment
• Drafting of exhibits and the preparation of legal descriptions

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate may be a graduate of College/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any relevant field
• Must have at least 5 years of experience specifically in Land Surveying, and computing boundaries.
• Experience with Leica Total Stations is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Carlson Survey (CAD), Autodesk/Civil3D, Leica, and standard surveying procedures and processes is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work office based 1Nito Tower, Cebu City.
