Our US partner delivers CBT-I and other Behavioral Sleep Medicine services through innovative hybrid treatment including telehealth alongside digital health.
The Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for conducting thorough background checks, verifying credentials, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations for healthcare professionals.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work From Home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordination and Approval: Work closely with Dr. Hames to manage and approve paid work assignments, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Contract Management: Maintain organized records by adding signed PDF contracts to the Credentialing folder. Ensure accurate reimbursement rates are clearly displayed.
- Team Meetings: Participate in weekly L10 meetings and one-on-one sessions to align with team objectives.
- Provider Tagging: Assist in expanding our network by tagging new providers on various insurance contracts, earning incentives for each successful addition.
- New Insurance Contracts: Actively secure new insurance contracts and receive incentives for successful implementations across states.
- Finalizing Contracts: Complete pending insurance contracts to ensure they are operational.
- One-Off Tasks: Undertake miscellaneous tasks, including scheduling and obtaining contract copies.
- Marketing and Partnerships: Collaborate with marketing initiatives to promote insomnia services and gain incentives for successful outreach efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ideally with experience in credentialing or healthcare recruiting but not required.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance processes.
- Trained with HIPAA
- Familiarity with credentialing software and databases.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
