Were looking for a Survey Technician. This is a full-time role, with a night-shift schedule

Monday (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM) Tuesday - Friday (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM), and a Work-in-Office

(WIO) position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Use the client's drawing templates to maintain a cohesive appearance

Draft: Topographic, SDOT, ALTA, Land Use, and Exhibit drawings as assigned

Manage time to ensure project deadlines are achieved

Draft survey data and/or review drawings produced by colleagues

Existing surface creation in CAD to depict an accurate representation of field

conditions

Process and edit line work, figures, and surface models

Interpret record documents and accurately represent them in a CAD environment

Drafting of exhibits and the preparation of legal descriptions

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate may be a graduate of College/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any

relevant field

Must have at least 5 years of experience specifically in Land Surveying, and computing

boundaries.

Experience with Leica Total Stations is an advantage.

Working knowledge of Carlson Survey (CAD), Autodesk/Civil3D, Leica, and standard

surveying procedures and processes is an advantage.

Must be willing to work office based 1Nito Tower, Cebu City.
