About the job Engineer, M365 Implementation
Our US Partner Client is a rapidly growing technology solutions provider focusing upon Cloud, Cyber Security, Networking, Disaster Recovery and Managed Services.
As an M365 Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for completing projects for new and existing clients defined within Project Plans, Orders and Scopes of Service. Additionally, you will work in tandem with Deployment Engineers to complete project-based prerequisite tasks necessary to activate service offerings.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work in the office set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementation of IT projects related (but not limited to) the following:
Office 365 Email and Communication services
Microsoft Endpoint Management
Email migration between HEX, Exchange, O365 and Google environments
Ability to handle diverse computing environments in a wide cross section of business clients
Analyze and document an unfamiliar client environment while assessing the quickest path to completion of project goals
- Work through the project process to reach a successful outcome by:
Presenting implementation plans at technical kick off to inform the client of dependencies, requirements, potential conflicts, etc.
Working at direction of Engineering Management and Project Managers to complete engineering tasks in adherence to a formal project plan
Assisting in completion of Support Handoff requirements to allow for long term maintenance by Service Desk
Clearly and professionally communicate project plans, potential impacts and testing procedures to customers
Track and manage time effectively to accomplish multiple ongoing projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an M365 Implementation Engineer or in a similar role
Proven experience managing Windows Server projects or related technologies
Strong hands-on experience in workstation, network, and/or server support
Familiarity with monitoring and remote management tools
Proficient in using ServiceNow or similar project management platforms
Knowledge of ITIL methodology and change management processes
