Our US client is a market research and strategy firm that puts people at the center of design, innovation, and growth. The Role we are seeking is a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Virtual Executive Assistant to support the fast-moving, high-performing CEO of a leading market research and marketing services agency. This is a dynamic, multifaceted role requiring excellent communication skills, discretion, and a "no-task-toosmall" mindset. The VA will serve as the right hand to the CEO, helping streamline daily operations and minimize administrative friction. While the primary focus is supporting the CEO, the role will also include occasional support for the companys Executive Chairman.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work-from-home set-up.

Things Youll Do:
Calendar Management:
Schedule, adjust, and proactively manage a busy, ever-changing calendar including internal meetings, external client calls, personal appointments, and events.
Travel Coordination:
Research and book travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation), create itineraries, and ensure seamless travel experiences.
Event Planning:
Reserve restaurants, coordinate logistics for business lunches/dinners, offsites, and client meetings.
Administrative Support:
Draft and organize emails, prepare meeting materials, create agendas, manage digital files and documents.
Tech/IT Help:
Provide basic personal tech support (e.g., device setup coordination, troubleshooting calendar/email sync issues, organizing digital tools).
Other Administrative Tasks:
Take on a range of ad-hoc tasks as needed to keep things running smoothlyfrom invoice follow-ups to online research to vendor coordination.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or similar role
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working independently, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment
Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Tech-savvy and fluent with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and task management platforms (e.g., Trello, Notion, Asana)
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Professionalism, discretion, and a strong sense of ownership
Experience supporting a U.S.-based executive is a strong plus
