Tahche Inc is hiring an experienced Global Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our team in the Philippines office.

The Global Head of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the global sales and marketing strategy to drive business growth and market share across all regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of international markets, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing at a senior level. The successful candidate will lead a diverse team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Hybrid (Cebu/Ortigas) set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategy Development and Execution:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales and marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

    • Identify and assess new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

    • Set clear objectives and key results for the sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with the companys goals.

  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global sales and marketing team.

    • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the teams.

    • Ensure continuous training and development opportunities for team members.

  • Sales Management:
    • Drive global sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

    • Grow current accounts by upselling new products and services.

    • Oversee the development and execution of sales plans and quotas.

    • Manage customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.

    • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Marketing Management:
    • Develop and execute global marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

    • Knowledgeable AI platforms to increase efficiency.

    • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, content, and strategies for various channels, including digital, print, and events.

    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all markets.

    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other senior leaders to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies with product development, operations, and customer service.

    • Work closely with the CEO to understand local market needs and adapt strategies accordingly.

    • Coordinate with finance to develop budgets and forecasts for sales and marketing activities.

  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.

    • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.

    • Provide regular reports to the executive team on sales and marketing performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate may be a graduate of College/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful global sales and marketing strategies.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.

  • Deep understanding of global markets and cultural sensitivities (Primarily United States)

  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.

  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
