Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc. is an outsourcing company with clients throughout the United States based in Cebu City, Philippines. Over 300 employees work for us in various fields and are rapidly growing.

Our client is a Lead and Demand Generation digital marketing agency headquartered in New Jersey. They are looking for an SEO Assistant responsible for assisting the Digital Strategists with everyday data monitoring and SEO implementation tasks.

This is a permanent role with a full-time remote set-up, and with a night-shift schedule (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT).

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience doing SEO, SEM, Social Media, or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong competency with common CMS systems.
  • Must have a working knowledge of SEMrush, Google Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs.
  • Preferably with working knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • High-level proficiency in Office 365 products, Google Workspace, and Adobe products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • SEO Checklist: Regularly monitor the health of client websites by executing a comprehensive SEO checklist which is completed weekly. This includes tasks such as reviewing Google Analytics and Search Console data, checking on keyword ranking changes, and evaluating PageSpeed Insights.
  • Monthly Reporting: Ensure proper set up of monthly reports for clients. These reports will cover key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and overall site performance. This includes tasks such as updating dates and pulling work completed.
  • Review Client Data: Conduct regular reviews of client data to ensure accuracy and consistency. This includes monitoring keyword rankings, traffic sources, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Content Marketing: Support the creation of high-quality content that drives organic traffic. This includes conducting keyword research to inform content topics, help create content outlines, and assist with content audits.
