Our US Partner is one of the most highly regarded real estate and estate planning firms in New York City.

 

Were looking for a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to be part of our team. In this role, you will not only provide high-level administrative support but also bring technical proficiency to streamline office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

 

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work-from-home set-up.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain office infrastructure ensuring seamless operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite systems to enhance productivity
  • Expertise in organizing and optimizing office and calendar systems
  • Evaluate and recommend efficient systems to streamline processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Email systems
  • Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Oversee office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment
  • Manage and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Draft, review, and edit communications on behalf of executives
  •  

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite systems
  • Familiarity with tools such as Outlook, Excel, Airtable, Zoho
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to recommend and implement effective systems
  • Previous experience working directly with CEOs is an advantage
