We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Legal Assistant to support our legal team in managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal procedures and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

 

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a WFH set-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in managing a high volume of files within a fast-paced, high-transaction environment.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain accurate files and records, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and provide guidance on their options related to real estate and estate planning.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and various parties involved in transactions, facilitating clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including managing office communication, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics for client interactions.
  • Assist with research on legal issues and maintain updated knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Support the team in project management, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative, virtual, or legal assistant, preferably within a law firm or real estate setting.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures related to real estate and estate planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Background in real estate or law firm settings is a plus.
