The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for driving Tahches revenue growth by proactively identifying and nurturing sales opportunities, building strong relationships with prospects, and achieving sales targets. This role involves a blend of customer engagement, product knowledge, and effective communication to deliver exceptional service and drive business success.

You will be contributing through generating impactful relationships with new clients, bringing Tahches top-notch services to more businesses and industries.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work in the office (Cebu/Ortigas) work setup.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales Prospecting: Conduct research to identify potential leads and new sales opportunities. Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to initiate contact and establish connections with prospective clients.

  • Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to determine their needs, budget, and timeline. Qualify leads based on established criteria and ensure a seamless handoff to the appropriate sales or account management team.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Effectively communicate product value propositions to prospects and potential clients..

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. Address client inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions that align with their needs.

  • Consultative Selling: (may start after 6 months on the role) Employ a consultative approach to understand clients' challenges and objectives. Tailor solutions that align with their goals, showcasing how our products/services can address their specific needs.

  • Sales Presentations: (may start after 6 months) , Conduct compelling virtual presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings. Clearly articulate how our solutions can solve clients' problems and contribute to their success.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and update sales pipelines using CRM software. Track and document all interactions, discussions, and progress with leads and clients.

  • Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis. Continuously monitor progress and take proactive measures to drive performance.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to the development of sales tactics and campaigns.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape. Provide feedback and insights to the team to help shape future strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate may be a graduate of College/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and any other relevant field

  • At least three (3) years experience in B2B sales for US (or AUS, EU) markets. Recruitment or BPO or IT/Tech Service Industry sales experience is a plus.

  • Proven track record in Lead generation, Appointment Setting, Inbound Leads, business development, or similar roles, catering to foreign (especially US-based) B2B markets.

  • Can do outbound/inbound calling

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to actively listen, understand client needs, and propose effective solutions.

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software (Hubspot) and other sales tools.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
